Patrick Stanley Completes Stock Re-Purchase Agreement for Surgeon in Renowned Multi-Physician Practice Group
June 2013-Patrick Stanley, a member of Comitz | Stanley’s Healthcare Transactions and Litigation Practice Group, recently worked with a surgeon who suffered a career-ending injury and could no longer practice medicine. The client was a partner in a multi-physician practice group which also owned the building in which the practice was located. In addition to successfully representing him in connection with his disability claim, Mr. Stanley also negotiated and drafted the documentation for the practice’s repurchase of his ownership in both the practice and the building.
